The Vacuum Law of Prosperity
The Vacuum Law Of Prosperity is a law which is the easiest to realize and a law I really enjoy. But before I tell you what is easy about it and why I enjoy it, I tell you where I learned about it.
I read a lot about personal improvement and know most of what he teaches, but I know too well about the importance of repetition and then his lessons are very motivating. It is such a great way to start a day. Day by day you improve and I can guarantee that your life will change to the better in weeks and if you go on, it will change significantly.
Get rid of everything you dislike. If you dislike some of your clothes, give it to people in need. If you dislike your furniture, give it away. If you don’t have the money, you will quickly make it to buy new clothes, new furniture or whatever you want. You have to understand that you first have to create space for the good that you desire.
Bob Proctor told a story about a lady who said that she dislikes the curtains in the living room, but that she can’t put them away as she can’t afford to buy new ones. Bob Proctor told her to get rid of them anyway, because she might otherwise not make the money to buy new ones.
Those curtains the lady disliked were a block. She hold on to the old, which included the thought that she can’t afford to buy new curtains. She took them down and short after could afford to buy new ones. The next thing this lady got rid was the furniture in the living room. Short after she could afford to buy new furniture. It did not take long that she and her husband owned a multimillion dollar business.
I could not imagine to get rid of all the stuff I disliked. It was winter and I disliked most of my boots. One day I decided to try it and I threw away all of them away but one pair. The morning after I had made as much money as the most expensive boots would cost.
The vacuum law of prosperity is quite a strange concept. Think about all the people, who hold on to old stuff and live in poverty and don’t see a way out of it, instead of getting rid of the old to make space for the new. Are you one of them? Then think about it. Are you tired of wearing all this old, worn out and old fashioned clothes? Get rid of all, but one or two outfits – well, you wouldn’t want to naked.
But, please, don’t sit at home and wait that a miracle happens. You have to get active. You have to think about how to make money. Brainstorm, make plans and follow them.
Why it is called the ‘vacuum’ law of prosperity? The nature abhors vacuum. A vacuum will always be filled. But attention: Focus on what you want the vacuum to be filled. Do not think about the old stuff. Think of what you want instead. Don’t be afraid that you have to live without furniture or only one or two outfits in your wardrobe for good, instead imagine how good it will feel to live with new furniture, new clothes, new shoes or with whatever you desire.
Why I say that the vacuum law of prosperity is easy? How easy should it get, as throwing some old stuff away, which you dislike anyway? Why I enjoy it? I love new stuff.
