I am happy in my New Life

 

My New LifeMy new life is filled with happiness and success. In my new life I am in a high frequency of vibration and can live my dream life without little effort and with joy.

Think about how you want to appear, how you want to look, in what industry you want to be successful, what kind of relationships are important to you, how you want to live, where you want to live.

Whatever you think and write, stay in the present tense. You don’t want to be happy and successful sometimes in the future, you want it now.
 

Follow these steps

# 1 Describe each area of your life into detail

In my new life I will be: self confident, being assured that I will reach my goals and be successful in every area of my life

In my new life I will: be healthy. have a great body, nicely shaped thanks to working out with weights, have full healthy hair, be dressed with high quality clothes, depending on the occasion sportive or elegant.

In my new life I am successful in my industry.

In my new life my relationship to my spouse is very happy. My children love and adore me.

In my new life I live in Xxx in a villa with view to the ocean/mountains/forests/city lights. I have an indoor pool. I have a maid which comes every day. (Change these sentences with what you want.)

In my new life will: travel whenever I am in a mood to, be free to make travel arrangements. I will travel to Xxx (write here all the countries and towns to which you want to travel).

Continue to draw your new life and explain everything into detail.
 

# 2 Make another list and write to each area of your life, what you have to do to achieve what you want. Later on you will make a detailed plan. Call this My-New-Life-_-To-Do-List
 

# 3 Make a Wish Video with images that show or represent everything you want to draw and experience in your new life. Watch your wish videos as often as you can.
Mind Movies, to make your wish videos withh a few clicks, is the most advanced visualization tool. If you don’t have it yet, get it. It is worth a lot more as what it costs. It will help you to get what you want so much faster as without.
 

# 4 Go through the list of what you have to do and mark everything that you can be done quickly and easily. For example, if you want a new hair cut, get an appointment at your hair dresser. If you have decided to workout regularly, but do it at home to not lose the time going to a gym, get workout equipment or order it online. Make a plan how many times a week you will work, on which day of the week you will work on which part of your body and start today.

 

# 5 Make a plan to realize all you have left on your list.

Do not try to realize or call it materialize all you want at once.
Make everything you have to do a habit.
Do not try to replace all your habits at once withh new habits. Choose one to three and stick to the new habits until you are used to them.

In my new life I have a fantastic body If you have to lose weight, change your eating lifestyle slowly and get used to it. If you eat foods that you should not eat, make a list and stop buying and eating foods that make you fat one at a time and replace them with healthy foods. After a few weeks you will dislike the unhealthy and fattening foods that made you become overweight. Eat a little less, until you are used to eatin less Then eat again a little less and wait until you are used to it. Give your body time to get used to get little less and give your body and yourself time to adjust to your new eating habits.


Go through your wish list and pick some other goals. Choose one to three and do what has to be done to reach them. Then go back to your wish list and work on the realization of the next goals. When you focus on one to three goals at a time, you have a much higher chance that you will really succeed and profoundly change your life.

You want to make more money? You have to build a net of several resources of income. Start building up the first. Do not look for work, look for opportunities to make money.

 

 

What should you change first to make a quick progress

Stop negative thoughts. Don’t entertain any negative thoughts. Stop getting angry, fearful, jealous or vengeful, the moment you are conscious of these feelings and replace them with feelings that are enjoyful. If you are angry about a friend, think about what you enjoy about him. If you can’t find about anything, stop the relationship with this person. When you become more and more positive and joyful, you will make a lot of new wonderful friendships. This has to do with the emotional frequency of vibration. Your frrequency has to be in harmony with the people who surround you. If you are negative most of the time, you will have friends who are also negative When you are joyful, you have friends who are joyful.
 

Entertain positive and beautiful thoughts. Think of what you enjoy. The most powerful thought you can entertain is, if you think forward to what you want. ‘In my new life I am happy and successful.’ Do whatever you can to be in the feeling of pleasant anticipation. Whatever you say to yourself, say it with joy! If your affirmations are accompanied by the corresponding feeling, you will be successfully manifesting.

This has to do with the Law of Vibration. The Law of Vibration is the most important and most powerful law of the universal laws.

Make your New Life positive and joyful. Make happiness a habit. Make success accompany you through your new life.
