Raw Foodism

Raw Foodism is a movement with more and more people being part of it.

Raw Foodism means eating only raw or you might even cook the foods that can be eaten raw.

I strongly believe that God made the food for every creature. For example, seeds are made for birds. They can digest seeds. We humans can digest fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts and a few of the seeds.

Food is right for a raw foodist, when he would go to a garden or somewhere in the nature, take a food and eat it, without having to change anything about it.

There are lot of people who buy raw foods and they come home and change it. For example, they juice it. When you are juicing you
1. change the matrix of the food
and more importantly
2. they do not get the whole food. They throw away part of the food.

When you eat a fruit, it makes sense to eat the whole fruit, with the exception of fruits with a peel. All the nutrients of a fruit or vegetable play together a role in the digestion process and they all have important nutrients. For example the peel of an apple and near the peel are most of the nutrients. Or when you juice a pineapple, you throw away most of the food.

Then there are raw food eater who are vegan. Most of them believe that you are only a raw food eater if you are also a vegan and this is false. If you watch apes, you will see that they eat animals. They mostly eat little animals, such as ants, caterpillar, spiders. They are eating all those animals alive.

It is believed that the human brain has evolved ,because the early humans began to eat larger quantities of animal protein, maybe eggs and cadavers of larger animals and fish. As apes are taking branches of a tree, with which they stir in an anthill, the early humans might have fought with bigger animals. The next step was that they hunted lager animals and ate the meat raw.

Children who grow up vegan or vegetarian do not grow to their utmost height and it is said that their IQ is less as children who grow up with a variety of foods including meat, fish, poultry, eggs and cheese.

It is also not good to have a child grow up as a raw foodist. The reason is that digesting raw food takes far more energy as cooked food. Eating cooked food there is more energy for the thinking process and for the development of the brain.

I became a raw food eater with about age 40. One can become a raw food eater with age 25, but with that age I would suggest to still eat cooked food from now and then.

What should you not eat if you are part of the raw foodism movement?

Everything which you can’t eat right away after it is harvested.

Potatoes: They have to be cooked that we can eat them.

All Grain Products, such as bread, noodles, pizza, cakes, cookies: The human organism can’t digest the grain. That we can eat grain, it has to be milled, mixed with water or milk and has to be baked. We began to eat grain proudcts, when we began farming. With that time certain sicknesses started, such as heart attack, arthritis, and more. Though the grain made it possible that bigger communities could live together. When you hold animals, you have to be a nomade and go with the animals, so they have enough grass to graze.

What can you eat as a raw foodist?

All what you can pick in the nature and eat.
Raw fruit, vegetables, red meat, poultry, eggs, fish, austers, nuts, and more.

When I changed to raw food and eating it raw, I began to eat more fruit and vegetable, more meat and eggs. My result of the analysis of my blood were so much better. The HDL-cholesterin increased and the LDL decreased, even though I never had high cholesterin. My nose used to rin a bit, which stopped 10 days after I stopped eating grain products. I never had any kind of bloating since I began eating raw.

I can say that eating more raw foods or mostly raw is a good decision for an adult.
