There is only one way to lose weight and not gain it back and this is a change of your diet or in other words: your eating habits. How to get used to a new diet, feel good and stay with it, without hunger attacks or sweet cravings, is part of my coaching program.


Important Facts about food which only a few know

1. Know the exact foods that lead to accelerated fat burning in your body

With proven get and stay slim eating habits you will undoubtedly lose weight.

This is not a quick 100 pounds a month solution or some other diet offer which is absolutely unbelievable. This is a diet, to which you should slowly get used to, have your body fat depots melt almost by itself and lose weight slowly and surely and not gain it back.

I am a nutritiounist (educated in Austria), who lives with the diet habits, to which I want to introduce you, for over 10 years. With 54 years I am slim and full of energy. I have a PhD in economics and in technology (= Production technology including food industry). As I wrote seminar papers about the production of a number of foods, I have stopped eating processed foods. When you see, what is in certain foods and see the process, you would quite certainly lose your appetite for several of the foods who liked to eat as I did.

Sugar and grains are the enemy of hour health and are the reason for weight gain and preventing weight loss. At the same time I have to mention that the earth would not be the same without. Without grains an agglomeration of people as in large towns like New York would be impossible. Thanks to farming towns have developed and at the same time the worst sicknesses of human kind have been born. A devil’s circle, which food and health scientist try to stop without success. This program will be introduced to just a few, who want to break out of this never ending downward spiral. Everyone has the opportunity to choose. When you choose, choose wisely.

Many foods about which paid advertisement make us believe is healthy, is absolutely not, except for the food industry’s profits. Stop believing what you assume is paid advertisement. Think that even several medical doctors and scientists are paid from industries.

Processed foods are bad as they often contain lots of sugar and many harmful chemicals:

Artificial sweeteners, fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, processed soy products and many more are not healthy foods.

With the wrong foods the blood sugar level rises and weight gain is the result. With the right foods and eating habits you are never very hungry and you will not have cravings.

 

Carbohydrates

There are good and bad carbs. The difference is extreme. The bad carbs make you gain, the good curbs boost the metabolism and can make you lose.

Carbs you should not eat; Wheat Bread. pasta and cereals even when it is advertised as whole wheat bread, pasta and cereal. They all increase blood sugar level and make you gain.

Carbs that are okay to eat: Sprouted grain breads and rice and carbs that are highly nutritious and will help you lose are all fruits and vegetables

Fat does not make you fat. To lose body fat you have to eat fat, but it has to be the right fat, fat which the human body can digest.

Fats which will be stored in your body: Hydrogenated oil, canola oil, margarine, substitute butters (Here again: They are said to be good in advertisements, but they are not)

Good fats are unprocessed fats:
Real butter
Whole eggs
Coconut and Coconut oil
Olives and cold pressed Olive oil
Raw-nuts and cold pressed Nut-oil
Avocados

 

We have to find out what our ancestors ate before farming got widespread. In their world was no bakeria, pizzeria. Pasta and fried foods did not excist. ……. This list would get to long would I go on.

If you start to eat real healthy foods, you can stop the senseless counting of calories. Calories do not matter. Or do you know ONE slim person who does count calories or even think of calories? I do not mean women who deprive themselves of food and have hunger attacks and constantly count calories. They are not slim, they are sick and meager to the bone. I talk about a healthy, firm and slim body.

When you eat right, which means eating foods, which are easy for your body to fully digest, your metabolic system will fully and continuously function.

When you are not eating enough calories, your metabolic system will slow down. In this starvation mode the body will hold on to body fat. The moment you eat more as usual, you gain, no matter how many calories you eat.

At this point I want to mention another fact: Our ancestors of the pre-farming time did not regularly eat and not always the same amount of food. There were times they had plenty and then there were times they had to be a bit hungry until they found fruits, leaves or until they have hunted an animal.

Let me point out my principle about food: Only eat what who like to eat. Do not force yourself to eat something which does not taste good from your point of view. ATTENTION: Distinguish between food you know and dislike and food you do not know. Our taste functions like learning a music instrument. You have to learn to like food, until you can enjoy it. So please try a new food more than once. When you have eaten it several times and still don’t like it, then stop eating it.

Except natural foods, you will not have to buy anything, also no supplements in form of pills or powder. Pills and powder are mostly chemical and void of nutrients and therefore senseless to get them into our body. Vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and other micro-nutrients are found in natural foods.

I will teach you the language of foods. It will be on you which foods you will choose, according if you are also a meat-eater, Vegetarian or Vegan.

As I have pointed out on other pages of my site: Do not make a big change in your eating habits quickly. Make one change at a time and have several days till 3 weeks before you make the next change. I will explain this more in detail later.
