We learn so much at school, but not to get to know ourselves and how to find the “right” path. One has to listen into oneself to find out what exactly is right.

Seek improvement in all areas of your life. This includes your private and your professional life. If you are generally happy, you will most probably make decisions that are right for you. Happiness has to be unconditional. You can’t improve if you put conditions on being happy. Your expectations are then based on wrong assumptions.

The Principal Element to Improve is Happiness

 


The principal element to improve is happiness. Only if you are happy, you will choose the right decisions. This has to do with your frequency of vibration, which is triggered by your emotional wellbeing. If you vibrate with a low frequency, you do not even see the better choices, because they are not in the bandwidth of your vibration. To make better choices you have to raise your frequency of vibration and this is done by improving your emotional state and overall wellbeing.

Mind and body are interconnected. If you are not healthy, you have to make changes in your mind, because there is the root of any illness. Think solely positive thoughts and you will feel good. And as you are feeling good, you will think positive thoughts. This leads to the assumption that any improvement starts with thoughts.


If you improve your emotional state, you will improve in your private and in your professional life.

Your real purpose in life is to develop yourself and improve. You do this through working toward a goal. You can’t improve, if you don’t improve your mind. To improve your mind you have to get control over your thoughts.

How do you control your thoughts? First: Do never entertain a negative thought which would create a negative emotion, which would result in a negative vibration, and a negative vibration would draw negative situations into your life. The moment you are conscious of a negative thought, think of something positive. The more you exercise positive thinking, the quicker you will stop having negative thoughts. Make peace with your past and stay in peace with everything and everyone. Do not meet with people, who make you angry or feel bad in any way.

Second: Concentrate your thoughts on what you do until you have finished it. Each evening make a plan about what you should do next, which will be the first thing you will do the next day, and note the most important tasks you should accomplish. After you finished your work time, the rest of the day is leisure time. This is about getting your time organized. It will improve the effectiveness of your use of time.

The more money you have, the more effective you become. Money makes you feel comfortable and the more comfortable you are, the more creative you can become. And all begins with your thoughts.

How much time do you spend thinking and what do you spend time thinking about? How much time do you spend thinking to create big ideas?

When you are controlling your thoughts, you can enormously and continuously improve your life. You will definitely improve effectiveness. For example, when you concentrate your thoughts on a certain task, you will get it done quicker and better and you will get much more done in a much shorter period of time as before.
Controlling your thoughts is the first step to continuously improve your mind. As soon as you more and more effectively control your thoughts, you will use your mind in an organized and goal oriented way and so you will continuously improve your life, you will create new matter and perceive quicker what you want in your life.

You can live your life as you want by directing thoughts, emotions and actions toward realizing your dreams. You can reach any goal when you direct thought, emotion and action toward it and stay focused until you have reached it. You can turn your life around in a matter of several weeks. For example, if you are in debt, you can make millions. Only one idea stands between those two so very different situations. The moment you have calmed your mind, you will arouse attention to inspirations coming from your subconscious mind, which is connected with the universal consciousness. To lose weight takes a minimum of one month for 20 pounds. To not gain it back is a matter of your belief system. To improve your health takes as long as the nature needs to renew the body part which needs healing. To improve your partnership can take one talk. In short, there is almost nothing you are not able to improve and improve your life remarkably and continuously. It is only a matter of your belief system, of effectively controlling your thoughts, and organizing your time.

If you understand and believe that your body is not at all a firm entity, but consists of particles, you can improve the way you look. If you understand and believe that money is pure energy and that you are a living mass of energy, you can make as much money and possibly even more as you wish to own. All is based on your belief system. Your belief system causes the results of all your endeavours, be it physical or mental. Changing your belief system will continuously and really improve your mind power, your relationships, your income level and whatever else you want to improve in your life.

Did you ever think about controlling your thoughts? Everything which you believe to see is only a perception, which is based on your belief system. If you change your belief system you can improve the entire world around you.

Some people happen to be able to change their belief system in an incredibly short time and .without mentoring. That often happens when a person is in an extremely bad situation. It suddenly snaps and short after the life of this person has improved dramatically. It is not before that very moment that this person starts to control his thoughts and suddenly he will make enormous amounts of money.

 

It is of great importance to choose the right profession. If you lose yourself in your work, not be exhausted after hours of work, when work does not feel like work, you found your professional path. People are afraid not to make enough money with their passion. This is usually the case at the beginning, and you are paid back in the years to come.

Life leads you to obstacles, which have the reason to give you new possibilities. You have to decide as you can only choose one. Those are moments where you should not quickly take the easy way around the obstacle. You will improve if you make a step back and take the obstacle with a run up. This can be that you get a specific training or renew something, which you had already finished. With each intersection you will adjust the direction you take and you will become better.

We do not see but perceive and you can only perceive what is in between the bandwidth of your frequency of vibration. If you want a better life and increase your lifestyle, you have to enhance your frequency of vibration. If you believe that you are most happy now, you still can enhance your emotional state. You have to get used to a higher degree of happiness, before you can further improve it.

Think that when you start working out with weights, a light weight feels heavy. and it seems to be impossible to lift much heavier weights. Would you force yourself to lift much heavier weights, you might get injured. When you continue to exercise and then increase the weights, you can imagine that you will be able to lift much more with continuous ercerise. The same principle is true when it comes to increase your frequency of vibration. The more improved your emotional state, the higher your frequency of vibration the more will your lifestyle be enhanced.

If you are a little older and you feel to have chosen the wrong profession, the wrong partner, the wrong place to live or you are aware of any other aspect on your path through life, it will pay to make an adjustment. Any change you make will trigger a positive transformation, improve your wellbeing and as a result your life. Here is the crux: Changes are never easy. There is always a time of discomfort. Most people are afraid of the discomfort and rather decide against an improvement. What are a few weeks of discomfort in comparison to a continuous increase of happiness and lifestyle.

You cannot make a jump from being poor and unhappy to be wealthy and enormously happy. Choose to improve your life and make improvements step by step as you need time to get used to any new height of an increased frequency of vibration, an increased wellbeing and an improved lifestyle. Improvement is a continuous process.
