RAW EGGS

Eggs are very nutritious. Eaten raw they keep all their nutrients.

How can you eat raw eggs:
Dring them with only some salt mixed
Use them as salad dressing
Mayonnaise made of egg yolk, oil, salt, mustard powder, a little lemon juice
Zabayone made of egg yolk, a little bit crystal sugar and a sprinkle of white wine, champagne or fruit juice.

 




Raw Food Salads

Maybe the most important dishes of a Raw Food Eater are salads made of raw vegetables, with spices and fresh herbs.
There is a big variety of vegetables which can be eaten raw and an immense variety of combinations.

Salad 1 is made of tomatoe, cucumber, zucchini, red and green peppers, ontion, herbs and spices. The salad dressing is: Olive oil and lemon juice.
