RELAXING
Relaxing is not only wonderful, it is essential. It is the best after a hard day,and of course after a long fun night. How one enjoys relaxing can be different for each of us and it also depends in what kind of mood we are in.
You might sit down and listen to some soothing music or to a classic symphony. You might go for a walk along a shore or through a forest or park. You might take a warm bath, using a fine scent, or sit into the whirlpool, preferably with a wonderful view, have some background music play, candles lit and a glass of champagne, prosecco or the like or one of many special bottled waters (You should try several, they all have a different taste.). You close your eyes and meditate or just have your thoughts drift
Water makes us feel good, at the inside and outside. Just think, we are 80% water. Water reacts to different vibrations, to good and bad and our moods depend on what vibration we are surrounded. Always be selective about what kind of people are near you. If you do not feel good, get up and leave. Everything which is near (people, landscape or a part of a town, noise and more) or getting into us (foods, drinks) has an effect on us. This of course is also important when we want to relax.
There are people who are constantly in a relaxed state. Think of monks and other wholy people, but there are also artists, business people, scientists, who get into this wonderful state. One might have to learn and exersice to get and stay in a relaxed state. It might take some time, though it is worth it. It has so many advantages. To stay calm in every situation, to see things clear, whatever happens and more.
Go outdoors and relax amidst the radiation of nature. Experience the changes of the seasons.
