FEEL GOOD

To feel good you have to be physically and mentally healthy. To feel good you need to be successful in life, make money, have the car of your dreams, live in a warm and beautiful home, have a loving partnership. To feel good you may not forget about others and their needs and most importantly to feel good you have to care about nature, as no money in the world can offer you clean air to breath. You will find several inspirations and tools to transform all your wish into your reality. Start to plan, imagine and vision your dreams and follow a healthy lifestyle.
 

BE HEALTHY

To feel good we need to be healthy. We tend not to think very much about our health until we are getting sick, though there is so very much we can easily implement into our everyday life to stay healthy and feel good. Of great importance for our health is nutrition and sport. Our ancestors far back did not know bakeries, they did not have farms, they in the first place ate berries, fruits, green leaves, nuts, fish, deer and other wild animals which they roasted over fire. They also ate ants, spiders, snakes, caterpillars and the like - mostly raw. They got enough protein with wild animals, good carbohydrates with fruits and vegetables, as also vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.

It is believed by scientists that the roasting over fire was responsible for DNS-changes and certain sicknesses like cancer. Lots of today’s sicknesses like arthritis, heart attack, diabetes have not been known in those days. Those sicknesses are known since men began farming and eating grain-products like bred, as in the old Egypt. Problems like back pain are very new in the history of men.

We need to get enough vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals as also protein, carbohydrates and fats with our food to stay healthy. When we do not regularly get all important nutrients, our body will show nutritional deficits, which will result in a sickness. When our body is getting enough nutrients, we are healthy. After eating a nutritional rich meal we feel satiated and do not overeat. If this is not the case we stay hungry even though we already ate way too much. This is one reason why people are getting obese. They eat more than enough, but their body does not get the necessary nutrients and so they constantly feel hungry and can’t stop eating. The double effect of nutritional deficits and obesities is damaging our health. Though so few people care about the most important good we have, meaning our health, until it almost is too late. Eat more life to feel good!

We listen to the advertisement and believe that a certain food is healthy, instead of checking in the internet what independent nutrition scientists (which are not supported by a food producing industry) say about it. This certain food is so nicely presented in this TV commercial, it is telling us that we will feel good when we are eating it and all the people in the commercial are happy. When we go grocery shopping the name of this food seems to jump into our eyes. We are filled with the recollection of the commercial, that people eating this food are feeling good and are happy. It is nicely packages and on it is an image which makes us think of something which feels good. We buy it and can’t await to try it. And of course it tastes great, which makes us feel good as it was shown in the commercial. We sit in front of the TV, watch a movie or the news, see again the commercial and now we have this food, which makes you feel good at home. Quickly we go into the ktichen to get some more. We do not think that we already ate more than enough. Just little bit more does not matter. Or does it matter? Do we really feel good after we ate way to much?

During those hours/days/months/years we do not question if it is a healthy food. We do not watch the TV channels, where people are told what is a healthy food and what not, what makes a food be healthy and what is missing in another food that it is not healthy. Why think about health, as long as things are okay. Walking is getting little bit difficult. We can’t run anymore. But who needs to run? And working out reguarly is for those thin people. Is it healthy to be that thin? Well, yes, it would be nice if we could wear this summerdress we recently seen on the way to the grocery store. But we are sitting at home most of the time and watching TV. So there is no need to buy that summer dress. We look into the mirror and after a long breath we end the though about this cude sommer dress, as it would take ages until we might losse all the excess weight to fit into it. Back to the couch, TV on and since we need to be comfort, we get some more of this food, which we have just seen in this commercial. It will make us feel good. At least for a few moments.

One day we admit that we do not feel good and that we are not happy the way we look. Time to change things. But how? Go on a diet. There is not one person in the entire universe who has not tried several of them. Only a few of those succeeded. We have been told that we put on more weight with each diet, which we already have experienced several times. Several days of being on a diet, being hungry and soon after we weight more as before the diet. Too many people have failed with all kinds of diets. So this is not the solution to loose all this fat on our body. We need to find out what is a healthy diet, what are healthy foods, what is a healthy diet food, what are healthy eating habits? This might be the moment when we start to research. Just little bit.

How to eat healthy and what are healthy foods?

It is not long ago that we have food labels and began to read them. Some of us and only a few times, as it seems that one has to be a food scientist to understand them. We are told that the longer the content on those food labels is the more unhealthy it might be. What is not a healthy food? We are told that those nicely packaged foods are good for us. Not easy to believe that this might not be true. When most packaged and industrially produced foods might be unhealthy, then what is a healthy food? How should one person find out the full truth? Who has the time to get deeper into research and to read many pages?

The answer is actually easy. Healthy are fresh and clean foods, which are unprocessed. Healthy foods are fresh fruits, salads, vegetables, fish, meat, poultry, nuts and other natural foods, which are not or at least not overly promoted by any industry. We should walk by all the industrially produced and packaged foods with chemicals added to increase the shelf life and the taste. All those foods about which we are told in commercials that they make us feel good, which we finally have figured out that it lasts only for a few moments.

We go to the supermarket and rush to the fruit and vegetable section, then buy some meat and fish and it takes all our willpower to not buy some of the unhelathy food which we wanted to stop eating. All we have in our cart is healthy food and we are proud. It looks great, colourful and it taste good. Some of us have to get used to it. Some of the food we can’t just put into our mouth, but heav to cook. And on this day we start to the change our eating habits. Buy and eat life to feel good

Working out reagularly

To start eating healthy foods is not all which we have to change in order to loose all this ugly excess body fat to feel good. We also have to workout. No, working out does not necessarily mean that we have to leave the TV. It would be a good advise to change the channel and find one without commercials, make some space between the couch and the TV, where we can stretch our body, get some free weights and maybe a book which shows us what kind exercises we could do.

Our body was made to move, but few of us move their body enough to stay moveable into high age and feel good. We go to work and back home with a car, go shopping with a car and then we sit in front of the TV or computer. When it is almost too late and we are forced by a doctor to workout, we start to workout and realize how wonderful it feels to move. UNLESS we start working out much earlier, begin to feel good and get joy from working out.

We should permanently eat foods with high nutritional content and get some workout every day to feel good and get our children used to follow a healthy lifestyle all their life, the earlier the better. Don’t we want them to feel good and that they feel good all their life. They should never get overweight and not at all obese. They should learn to enjoy to eat a fresh fruit, a fresh salad, good quality meat, fish and poultry, spices, herbs and nuts. Make them used to eat more life to have them feel good.
