What else can we do to keep our skin smooth:
Very important is good nutrition loaded with vitamins, minerals and phyto-chemicals. Eating enough protein (found in meat, fish, cheese, eggs), eating enough nutrients (fruits and vegetables and nuts)
Having a massage from now and then.
